Pick Up InstructionsBetween 08:00am - 05:30pmWhen you arrive at the airport, please visit our Shuttle Requests page (www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup) From here you will be able to order your free airport shuttle. Please allow 10-15 minutes for pick up - our depot is located approx. 5 minutes from the airport.Please note this service is only availabe during Snap's business hours - 08:00am to 05:30pm. Instructions for after hours pick ups are included later in this email.Pick Up LocationsInternational Terminal - Please make your way to Door 11 of the International Terminal (next to McDonalds). The shuttle will arrive just outside of Door 11 once requested.Domestic Terminal - Please make your way to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Walk across the road to the very last bus shelter. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $40.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Auckland Airport you will need to contact Aeroparks on 0800 237 672 (+64 9 257 2724). We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
ACCEPTED American Express, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of NZD 2000 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. Virtual payment cards are not accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed. This location accepts Debit Cards. Conditions of debit card use: card must be in main driver's name. MasterCard or VISA only. Debit cards must be issued by a bank, and numbers must be embossed. Please note, the deposit amount will be charged if using a debit card and associated transactions fees may apply. Maximum rental duration 28 days if using a debit card. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted.

Drivers Age
18 to 75 Years
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note that customers intending to travel across country/state borders or to different islands within the same country should contact the Rental Company directly prior to pick up to advise of their travel plans. Restrictions and charges may be applicable. Contact details for the Rental Company can be found on your rental voucher.
